On Oct. 25, a cold, wet and windy morning, I had the misfortune to lose my wallet.

Less than one hour later, my wallet was returned to me by two City of White Rock employees.

I am truly grateful to these two gentlemen. We are fortunate to have them as members of our community who care for residents so well.
