I agree 100 per cent with the letter from Christine Bennet-Clark, who suggests a $55 parking pass.
I live in South Surrey and dine out at least three times per week, but very seldom on White Rock beach because of the terrible parking costs. It is more the principle, than cost.
I’ll be in line to buy the $55 pass if the city has the courage to instigate it.
