Congratulations to Bill Reid and his family on his being named Surrey Good Citizen of the Year!
Bill has been a valuable and welcome friend and a considered influence in my life in Surrey, and I am so happy to see Bill, once again, recognized for his contributions to our city. I wish Bill and his family nothing but the best at this time.
Bill has always been a great adviser, and I have always appreciated his willingness to support what is good for Surrey.
Thanks Bill. You have given me some great political advice over the years. I may not have always taken it, but I appreciate it. As you once said to me, “there are no sides, just differences of opinion on how to do the best for our city and our province, as well as our community.”
