I am so very disillusioned and astounded at the behaviour of people lately.

I realize we are all tired of the pandemic, we are all fed up with racism, but the ongoing destruction and thoughtless actions by protesters has got to stop.

Why do protesters have the “right” to upset lives, urinate on memorial sites, destroy statues? Have people lost the ability to use their words and their brain?

Why must they use brawn instead of intelligence?

I guess the enticement to have five seconds of fame by waving flags, honking horns and shouting “woohoo” is just too much for some to ignore.

I am concerned about the young ones growing up in this world now. I hope they change things and start with a different approach to society.

Let’s leave the past in the past and start with a fresh new attitude towards the world and all its living beings.
