LETTER: Bridge would be bad for fish and the air

I believe tunnels are dug out below the bottom of the river, so I do not see how this is going to affect the migration of salmon.

On the other hand, a 10-lane bridge was being touted by the Liberals to please their friends, so that the river could be dredged to allow larger ships up to Surrey docks. This would be so they can ship larger quantities of thermal coal to China.

I don’t fathom how this is going to help the salmon or the air we all breathe. I am glad this 10-lane bridge has been stopped.
