I congratulate our city council on rejecting the outrageous social activists’ “report” which called for a community of high-rises for the homeless.
In recent months, the Peace Arch News has been relentless in its support of those who would build a utopia in White Rock for the homeless, drug-addicted and mentally ill.
But I am sure the vast majority of this community’s citizens do not support your outrageous social agenda.
We want a family-oriented, civilized, peaceful community without massive high-rises and government-subsidized ghettos. So get with it, and begin reporting about the interests of our citizens and not your personal pet social projects.
