Editor:

On Nov. 11, I have another reason to be thankful for veterans. I am thankful that evil came when that generation was alive.

They collectively rose against a world threat. I lost a great uncle, and my grandfather spent six years overseas.

Sadly, when faced with challenges such as climate change and a global pandemic, following generations have failed miserably and shown only their selfish arrogance. All of them.

It is not too late for Boomers, Generation X and Millennials to rise to these challenges.

If not, future generations, if there are any, will look back on these people with disdain and mockery.

Generations of failures.
