The wonderful and much-needed interchange at 16 Avenue and Highway 99 has been finished and ready to use for several weeks now.
Why has it not been opened, so the people that have paid for it can benefit? Because the politicians have decided that we – the payers – should be deprived of the fruits of our labours so they can have a ‘grand official opening’ after the summer.
This is ridiculous – the polite word for BS.
