How disappointed I was recently to go past Sunnyside Cemetery on 150 Street, only to find that the daffodils, carefully planted and tended by city staff, had been picked by person or persons unknown.
Such action is disrespectful to an area set aside for remembrance and intended to offer dignity to those who have died.
