Why does Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum plan to deny ride-hailing business licences for people in Surrey, even though he says that there’s a cap on the number of taxi vehicles allowed?
How about the mayor allows free enterprise to move forward?
Please, throw out the cap on the number of taxis and allow ride-hailing services.
