What a joy it was to visit the beach during this holiday season and not having to pay for parking.
One can relax in a restaurant or stroll along our pier and not have to watch the clock.
Sadly, our joy will end in February when I will be quoting a limerick I have composed for when that time comes:
There once was a gal from White Rock, where parking is usually in gridlock, when she finds a space, it is always a race, to top up that meter – Tick Tock!
