Better propaganda/commercials are a waste of time. The one incentive/disincentive that everybody shares is money. Even if these clowns have lots of money, the only thing that might get their attention is maximum fines. By that, I mean $10,000 for every participant at a party and $50,000 for the owner/organizer of the party. If the current legislation doesn’t allow that, change the legislation.

At the very least, it might help raise some badly needed funds for PPE equipment, front-line worker support, etc. Can’t hurt, might help.
