An open letter to the City of Surrey.
It is already twice that we witnessed the sad event that a deer got hit on 20 and 24 avenues in the Sunnyside Acres area.
Would it be possible to place some of these poles, reflecting car lights, like you see in the interior? It would save wildlife, damage on cars and traffic congestion.
It would be appreciated by many.
