Re: Community garden continues to grow, May 19.
Thank you for your article concerning the expansion of the White Rock Centennial Community Gardens.
Growing by the Sea, the non-profit society working to raise funds for food growing initiatives, would also like to recognize the co-operation and support of the City of White Rock and Sources Community Resources Society. With their help, we are moving forward.
We would also like to thank the Flying Horseshoe Club for their co-operation.
Recently we received a generous contribution from PARC Retirement Living and we would also like to thank them for their support.
This project is truly a community initiative in collaboration with many organizations.
