Six weeks ago I brought a banging and clanging manhole cover to the attention of road maintenance at city hall.
I was informed that the city does not have staff capable of fixing this. They subcontract this extremely annoying problem.
Really! They rip up our streets and violate our quality of life in White Rock ongoing, but they cannot repair a malfunctioning manhole cover. Truly pathetic incompetence.
