It seems history is repeating itself.
Because Hitler did not like the documented history of Germany, he had the history books burned.
Because city council in Victoria does not like the documented history of Canada, they are having the statue of our first prime minister removed.
Interesting that both city council in Victoria and Hitler have no quarrel with accuracy, it is just a matter of preference.
