Thank you to White Rock councillors for keeping multi-family waste collection in the hands of private contractors.
Our strata has had excellent, reliable service from our contractor, who enters the garbage room to take out and empty the trash. Previously, under White Rock, we had to employ someone to take out the big bin and residents had to take out and bring in the recycling containers which were placed on the curb, obstructing one lane of traffic. Please ensure that garbage collection is kept with private companies.
