Re: ‘Anti-bias’ rules marginalize us, May 27 letter.
The advocates of the Surrey School District’s Safe & Caring Schools Policy are quite correct in their belief system of repressing homophobia prejudice – a progressive education in itself.
May it be suggested that the letter writer study the Canadian Constitution and the Charter of Rights and Freedoms while memorizing our O Canada national anthem.
While doing so, one may further educate oneself with the aid of a very good dictionary on the words – oppression, fear and equality.
