With the ongoing controversy regarding the highrise proposal on Oxford Street north of Thrift Avenue, the one question that has not been pursued aggressively is: “Is there a market for these apartments?”
The third and fourth Bosa towers on Johnston Road were never built, I understand, because the market would not bear the cost.
How much a square foot or metre are these units going to be priced at?
