Having recently moved to White Rock, I cannot believe how fast everyone drives down little – and narrow– Marine Drive.
The posted limited for the most part is 30 km/h.
I have also noticed zero enforcement as well.
There are no speed bumps, the crosswalks have no flashing lights and everyone risks their lives trying to cross.
There are also the “engine revvers” as if to say, “look at me” as they cruise by.
I love watching all the classic cars and the custom bikes, but somebody someday is going to get hurt.
Having simple ideas like radar set up could pay for the changes that need to be made.
