I fully support donating to worthy causes and a bottle drive for a school sailing trip is a worthy cause.

Therefore, when I received a flyer requesting that I donate bottles, I was willing to pack up my empties.

However, the flyer does not state which school is making the request and there is no contact information apart from the first name of a girl.

I do not know if this is a legitimate cause, therefore I do not plan to donate.

So, Abigail, if you want my empty bottles and cans, please leave the name of the school that you attend.

Maria Walsh, Surrey
