White Rock City Council should consider using the $3.8 million they received from the provincial budget due to COVID-19, or the $3 million in building permit fees they received in 2020, to give all citizens a $100 voucher to a local business.

With only 19,000 citizens this looks well within in our means and could be a great way to give back to the community.
