There was a person who mentioned that you can walk your dogs at any time along Crescent Beach.
Just to set things straight, you can walk your dogs on leash on Crescent Beach between Sept. 16 and May 14. At all other times, dogs are not allowed, but just like anywhere else lots of people choose to break the laws, and as long as there seems to be no active bylaw enforcement officers anywhere to be seen, it happens a lot.
