History Hunters share their message.

I would like to say a big thank you to the community and visitors to this area on behalf of the performers from History Hunter, a not-for-profit cultural-awareness group of actors, singers and musicians who presented their music and storytelling at various venues on the Semiahmoo Peninsula on the August long weekend, including the Spirit of the Sea Festival.

The people at the beach who met them and who saw them perform, as well as their audiences at Westminster House Care Home, the First United Church ‘Family Adventure’ and at a private BBQ event were more than gracious and very supportive.

The History Hunter project means to share with the world the stories of historical characters in the form of songs and a sing-along comic book and a new multi-act musical production.

Its purpose is to encourage cultural awareness in all age groups.

These opportunities to further our message to such receptive audiences are much appreciated.
