It is clear that White Rock Couns. Grant Meyer, Larry Robinson, Al Campbell and Mayor Wayne Baldwin are very pro-density.
That is, they voted for and approved at the council meeting July 23, the ridiculous project at 15118 Thrift Ave. (Bylaw 1976)
This was despite five owner representations to the council meeting, not including petitions, against the project.
This project will cram five townhouses into a 64-x-120 corner lot with five driveways exiting onto a 20-foot laneway within a few feet of busy Thrift Avenue.
This proposal, in the view of the five presenters at the meeting who are against the project, creates a safety hazard for all residents using the lane.
