ESSLER: Arnold born August 5th, 1915. It is with sadness and joy that we announce the passing of our husband, father, and grandfather to be with his Lord on July 11th, 2007. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 66 years Helen, 2 daughters Louise
(Eddie) Wood, Marion (Stephen) Brandner, 5 grandchildren Eddie (Alison) Wood, Debbie (Cory) Beisiegel, Michael (Carmyn) Brandner, Paul (Annie) Brandner and Kathy (Gregor) Resch, 5 great grandchildren Ryan, Andrew, Theo, Madison, Eva, sisters Eileen Philip and Phyllis Dickenson, nieces, nephews, many relatives and good friends. Arnold was very proud to serve in the RCAF from 1941- 1945. He was also a part of the "Mod Squad". He was an avid fisherman, gardener and golfer.
Arnold had a passion for his family, his God, his Church and Missions.
A Celebration of Arnold's life will be held on Wednesday July 18th, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at White Rock Baptist Church, 1657 - 140th St. White Rock. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arnold's church at 1657 - 140th St. White Rock, B.C. V4A-4H1 and Surrey Hospice Society.
