Bernice passed away peacefully at the Dr. A. Hogg Pavilion on Saturday, March 22. She was predeceased by her husband, Eugene, granddaughter, Denice Burton, brothers Harold and Clarence and sister Qu'Appelle. She is survived by her son, Patrick (Cherrill) McCall, daughter, Kathleen (Lloyd) Burton, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and her loving sister, Helen Cowhig and sister-in-law, Jeannette Cowhig and sister, Maureen Patricia McCall. Prayers were held on March 26 at 6.30 p.m. at the Star of the Sea Church, 1153, Fir St., White Rock. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday at 11.00 a.m.
