Born on March 27, 1934 in Patos, Mexico, died on August 4, 2017 in White Rock, BC. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Helen Popoff (nee Helena Hiebert). Helen was predeceased by her parents, Margaret (Unger) and Wilhelm Hiebert, and husband Peter Popff , all originally from Saskatchewan.
Along with the love of family, Helen’s other loves were gardening and baking. The thousands of buns and loaves of bread she made and always shared was one of her ways of serving the Lord.
Helen leaves behind one daughter, Juanita Popff and her husband Stuart Libby of White Rock, BC, sister Agatha Bartsch of Port Rowan On.
I would like to thank some very special friends in Mom’s life. Mary and Corny Peters and Betty and John Wiebe all from Warman, Saskatchewan. All of the trips you made to White Rock for visits with Mom will forever be appreciated. She loved you very much.
Also to Gordon Heppell who was a special friend to Mom over the last several years. Thank you.
