Ira Stothers passed away peacefully in his 101st year at Weatherby Pavilion on November 7, 2002. Ira is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Georgie; son John: daughter Anne (Dave) McPhail; daughter-in-law Judy O'Mara; 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, numerous relatives and friends. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2002 at The Salvation Army Church, 15417 Roper Avenue, White Rock. Grateful thanks to the nurses and staff of Weatherby Pavilion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Weatherby Pavilion, The Salvation Army or the charity of your choice, in Ira's memory.
