Passed away unexpectedly on February 7, 2005.
He leaves behind his heartbroken parents and younger brother; Karen, Roland and Elliot.
His death has also been felt deeply by the many aunts, uncles,and cousins.
Jeff's grandmother Ann Isaacson and his close friend Malcolm Little also grieve his passing.
Jeff was compassionate with an enjoyable sense of humour.
He had a great fondness for biking and for the movies.
Dear Jeff, you will be in our hearts and thoughts forever.
Private family service was held.
Cremation followed.
