Margaret passed away in Peace Arch Hospital after a very complicated and long illness. Predeceased be her son, Sean, she is survived by husband, Robert, daughter Kathi, brother Harvey Sullivan (Betty), sister Alannah Jacques (Robert), daughter in-law Linda, grandson, Devon and many nieces and nephews.
Margaret was employed by the City of Surrey for several years before taking up position with the City of White Rock where she retired after a lengthy and successful career. She was an exceptional person, possessing a unique sense of humour and a tenacious spirit along with a generous soul and caring heart. Loved and admired by all who knew her, the Golden Globe of her existence will be forever with us.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre on Saturday April 12, 2008 at 11 a.m. 14831, 28 Ave., Surrey B.C.
