Bill passed away after a brief illness on Monday, October 2, 2017, in Hospice at Peace Arch Hospital, White Rock, B.C.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joyce Miller, daughter Jody Ness (Rev. Canon John Riddle) of Windsor, Ontario, grandchildren Geoffrey Riddle, Cynthia (Hugh) Van Tol, and great grandtwins Koral and Acacia.
He is also survived by daughter Tierney Ness of North Vancouver, B.C., and grandchildren, Gareth Fyfe and Whitney Fyfe Estrella (Lau).
Bill graduated from the Class of 1950, BSc. Agr., McGill University, and spent most of his working years in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Toronto and Montreal.
Funeral service will be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church, Ocean Park, Surrey, B.C. on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.
A reception will follow in the Church Hall.
In lieu of flowers donations to the White Rock Salvation Army Food Bank would be appreciated.
