Vivian passed away on November 6, 2003 after a long struggle with cancer. A skilled watercolorist, Vivian had been active in local art circles for a number of years. Viv will surely be missed by her sisters Shirley Groff of White Rock, Gwen West of Toronto and brother Will Hoare, of White Rock, B.C; nieces & nephews. Donations, if desired, may be made to Peace Arch Hospital.
