William Ralph Smith
(1919-2017)
Ralph peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at the Weatherby Pavilion in White Rock, BC.
Ralph was predeceased by his wife Florence, son's Ralph and Kenny and his sister Mae.
He will be missed by his daughter in law Judy (Jim), nephews Jim (Vivian) and Murray, nieces Cheryl (Harry) and Kelly along with their families.
Ralph was a long-time resident of White Rock, where he lived a full life.
Ralph served in the Royal Canadian Navy from 1940 - 1945 which was followed by a career with the Canadian Immigration services until he retired in 1979.
Through the years Ralph enjoyed travelling, cruises, golfing, jazz music festivals and was a life-time member of the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Club.
The family would like to thank the staff at Weatherby Pavilion for all the care and support they gave to Ralph during the past 6 months.
There will be no service at Ralph's request.
Ralph, Florie and their sons are together again.
