“Uncle Buck” left us behind on August 20, 2003. Buck was born and raised in Winnipeg, he joined the Canadian Navy in 1939 and served for the entire war returning to school after his service. Upon finishing his education he went on to spend many years auditing in the Oil (Fields) Industry. Buck retired to White Rock in 1984. Missing him, all his family; Snow of Victoria, Leo and Lynne, White Rock, Yvonne and Roy Wellington, Ontario, Elaine and Richard, Wellington, Ontario, Daria, Calgary, Joe and Pat, Toronto; nieces and nephews Lee, Michael, Rande, Andrew, Phillipa, Stephen, John Paul, Chris, Donald, John, Darren, Dreena, Jennifer, Craig, Kevin and Joanne, brother-in-law Ron of Calgary. We his family would like to thank Dr. G. Scott for many years of care and a huge thank you to the ladies of Elmden and everyone else with Morgan Place (you were terrific – thank you). The family will gather to hold a Memorial for Uncle Buck in
the Spring of 2004.
