Just wish to ask if the smell of the compost dump over Boundary Bay – on the Delta side – is annoying other residents in Crescent Beach, Ocean Park and White Rock.
This is getting worse every day, as the weather warms up. We can’t even sit outside or open windows.
Who is in charge of this mess? City of Surrey, White Rock or the people at Metro Vancouver?
I guess I should write to all for answers.
If we all raise interest, maybe someone will do something about it.
