Longtime Sources employee Sue Sanderson was appointed manager of community services early last month.
Sanderson, who previously held the position of manager of volunteer services, replaces Ruth Chitty, who retired earlier this year.
The new title will come with an expansion in responsibilities, including the White Rock/South Surrey Food bank.
“I look forward to my new role. I see this as an opportunity to come up with creative initiatives to continue to serve my community well,” Sanderson said in a release.
