A South Surrey athlete is combining his passion for fitness with his background in gymnastics to open a gym offering unique exercise options.
AcroFit Alternative Fitness was recently launched by Darren Bersuk, a former Canadian National Gymnastics Team member and veteran Cirque du Soleil performer, offering a variety of fitness classes for teens and adults.
Classes at the fitness centre – located at 109-6039 192 St. – include aerial yoga, pole fitness and acro balance, as well as personal training services.
