If you enjoy the game of cribbage, drop down to Kent Street Activity Centre and join the cribbage and bid whist group that meets every Thursday, 1-3:15 p.m.

There is also a 10-card crib tournament the fourth Friday of every month with friendly competition and prizes.

Walking is great exercise with proven health benefits.

Take your walking to another level using special rubber-tipped walking poles that reduce stress to hip and knee joints. The arm-motion technique exercises the whole body and is easy to learn.

Poles will be provided for the lessons.
