Organizers of the Fun Fun Park Playground Fundraising Campaign are urging the community to come together to help reach their goal of $35,000.
Local parents who make up the committee announced last month that the campaign had brought in more than $23,000 since it started in April.
The funds will be used to upgrade the existing primary playground at Fun Fun Park – located at 14 Avenue and 128 Street – and add accessible features to the intermediate playground in the area.
In order to boost funds, the committee will be offering the remaining 14 legacy cement imprints for those who donate $250. Email funfunpark2013@gmail.com
