Tickets for celebrations marking St. George’s Day in White Rock are on sale.
The festivities, set for Saturday, April 21, at the White Rock Elk’s Hall, recognize the national day of England, in which the country celebrates its patron saint.
For $10, guests can enjoy traditional English fare – such as bangers and mash– and entertainment.
Proceeds benefit the Elks’ charity efforts, which include the B.C Hearing Resource Centre and kids camps.
