War Amps Child Amputee Program (CHAMP) ambassador Kathryne Bagshaw – a White Rock teen born a left-arm amputee – participated in the Rogers Santa Claus Parade Dec. 6, to share the War Amps' 'play safe' message.
The program aims to prevent more children from losing limbs in preventable accidents.
