A hub of care and collaboration, putting patients’ goals first

New Surrey clinic offers preventive medicine and multidisciplinary services

Imagine leaving the doctor’s office and feeling as refreshed as if you were leaving the spa. Imagine having both a naturopath and a GP who work together to help you reach your health goals. Maybe you come to the clinic with a shoulder injury, and get referred for an x-ray, physiotherapy and nutrition counselling — imagine being able to do all those things in the same place.

In Surrey and White Rock, that place is Elysian Health.

“We saw a big gap in service. So many of these aspects of care are fragmented. If you have a good general practitioner they’ll do their best to connect every specialist, lab test and supplement, but we believe you’ll get better care with everything under one roof. Our facility on Croydon Drive is 12,000 square feet with end-to-end care,” says Elysian Health CEO Donovan Jones.

It’s patient-centred, preventive medicine with the aim of helping people feel healthier, recover faster and live longer.

Patient-centred care

The first time you call Elysian Health you’ll speak with a Care Coordinator. They’re more than simply administrative assistants — Care Coordinators offer front-line medical care, extensive knowledge of Elysian’s services, and personalized support as they get to know your individual needs.

Your Care Coordinator is your personal advocate. They’ll help you connect with Elysian’s team of medical professionals, led by co-founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Diggle:

  • Family Physicians
  • Pharmacists offering both traditional prescriptions and specialized supplements
  • Chiropractors
  • Physiotherapists
  • Naturopaths
  • Registered Massage Therapists
  • Nutritionists and Dieticians
  • Medical Specialists including neurologists and cardiologists
  • Imaging and Diagnostics including MRIs, CT scans and fluroscopy procedures
  • Lab tests including blood work, body composition scanning, computerized gait assessments and more

“From front to back, all of the care providers at Elysian Health are eager to be part of an integrated clinic and work as part of a team,” Jones says. “We’ve put a lot of effort into designing a welcoming facility, and hiring the right people to help patients achieve their goals.”

Since June 2020, Elysian Health has added services in phases, with bookings quickly snapped up by local residents. The Imaging and Diagnostics Clinic opens this spring with MRI, CT and Fluroscopy procedures, to complement their existing fee-for-service and subscription-based concierge service — just one more way they’re doing healthcare differently.

“It’s a comprehensive, holistic healthcare service, focused on the individual, focused on prevention and increasing healthspan, guided by the patient’s personal goals,” Jones says.

Find Elysian Health at Suite 110, 2626 Croydon Dr. in Surrey, and starting this February at Parc Retirement Living at 1558 Johnston Rd. in White Rock. Coming this March, the next phase of services is the Imaging and Diagnostics Clinic with MRI, CT, and Fluoroscopy procedures.
