‘Home for good:’ The retirement you want, where you want to enjoy it

Welcome home to a South Surrey residence with everything you need under one roof

Some seniors struggle to find a retirement residence that fills all of their needs.

Here in South Surrey, one residence focuses on vibrant living that offers a warm community with a robust level of services which allows individuals to choose the best possible option for all types of retirement living.

“One of the many desirable things about Suncrest Retirement community is the fact that there are all levels of care under one roof. Sometimes, residents in independent living will age out of their situation and then again be faced with finding another place to live,” explains Karen Clark, Community Relations and Marketing Representative at Suncrest, a locally owned Canadian company. “At Suncrest, once you make this your home, all your needs and comforts are looked after, now and into the future.”

Suncrest, which opened in 2017, features lush gardens surrounding the property, bright, wide, open hallways, a 78-suite independent living wing and a 127-unit complex care wing. The senior living options include independent and assisted living as well as hospice, memory, and respite care in Complex/Long Term Care.

“We’re easily accessible and located right next to Peninsula Village Shopping Centre, with its many shops and services. The best part is, Suncrest has spacious one-bedroom apartments in Independent Living ready for immediate occupancy,” Clark says.
