City of White Rock Annual Report available for public review

The City of White Rock’s draft 2021 Annual Report is now available for public review and comment.

The 80-page document, which includes sections outlining council’s strategic priorities and capital projects, an inventory of city facilities, lists of permissive tax exemptions and civic grants and its audited financial statements, among other information, can be viewed online .

Public comments can be submitted by email until noon on Monday, July 25 to clerksoffice@whiterockcity.ca or delivered in person during council’s regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. that day.

The report will be presented at that meeting.

Municipalities are required under B.C.’s Community Charter to produce an annual report that states the City’s goals and objectives for the coming year and demonstrates what progress has been made toward the preceding year’s goals and objectives.
