Mediated talks between the City of White Rock and its unionized employees have been booked for two days next week.

Shannon Levesque, the city's communications officer, said the two sides have agreed to meet on Wednesday (May 28) and Friday (May 30).

The workers launched a citywide strike May 12. Until it is resolved, all city facilities but city hall are closed, leisure programs are postponed and services including garbage pickup will not be carried out.
