Opportunity for Written Public Submissions Bylaw 2474– Financial Plan Amendment
Bylaws to amend the White Rock Financial Plan (2023-2027)
Pursuant to the Community Charter, City of White Rock Council invites the public to provide written submissions (comments and/or questions) regarding the following Financial Plan Bylaw:
· “White Rock Financial Plan (2023 – 2027) Bylaw, 2023, No. 2458, Amendment No. 1, 2023, No. 2474” (Bylaw 2413) for the Corporation of the City of White Rock.
The amendment included in this Bylaw is to:
o Include carry forwards of budgeted but unspent items in 2022, carried over to 2023 as well as one-time operating expense items that are being funded by the prior year’s surplus
Submissions regarding Bylaw 2474 will be considered by Council at the Regular Council Meeting.

Should you have any submissions and or questions you wish to convey about proposed Bylaw 2474 you may do so by written submission sent by email to clerksoffice@whiterockcity.ca with “Bylaw 2474” typed in the subject line, by mail to 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, White Rock BC V4B 1Y6 or by hand to the Administration Office at White Rock City Hall no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon), Monday, July 10, 2023. Submissions received by the deadline, along with replies to questions asked, will be addressed as part of the July 10, 2023 Council meeting.
