13706 North Bluff Road

The City of White Rock has received an application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment (City File Ref. 22-002) which, if approved, would enable the subdivision of the property at 13706 North Bluff Road. The rezoning would change the zoning of the property from the ‘RS-1 One Unit Residential Zone’ to a ‘RS-4 One Unit (12.1m lot width) Residential Zone’ to allow for the construction of two new single-family dwellings. Both the RS-1 Zone and the RS-4 Zone allow for a registered secondary suite. The general provisions of the Zoning Bylaw would need to be satisfied with any future development; the required parking supply for a one-unit residential use is two spaces per unit, plus one space for a secondary suite.
City staff will be in attendance to introduce the application and the proponent, while also responding to policy, regulatory and process-related questions. The applicant will provide an overview of the project and will be available to respond to comments and questions regarding their proposal.
