Purpose of Bylaws and Development Variance Permit: The applicant is requesting to rezone the site shown in grey on the location map from One-Acre Residential Zone to Quarter Acre Residential Zone in order to subdivide the subject site into 4 single family lots. The applicant is also requesting to amend Map 11, North Grandview Heights of Schedule G, Section E, of Surrey Zoning By-law, 1993, No. 12000, to identify the property 16487 – 28 Avenue within Area B.

In addition, the proposal includes a Development Variance Permit to reduce the minimum lot width from 24 metres to 17.7 metres for proposed Lots 3 and 4.
