SURREY CLOSE AND REMOVE THE DEDICATION OF HIGHWAY OF PORTION OF CONSTRUCTED ROAD ADJACENT TO 2627, 2641 – 154 Street and 2655 Parkway Drive and 15355, 15381, 15391 - 26 Avenue, BYLAW, 2022, NO. 20798.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the intention of the City Council of the City of Surrey, pursuant to Section 40 and Section 94 of the Community Charter SBC 2003, c.26, to “Surrey Close and Remove the Dedication of Highway of a Portion of Road Adjacent to 2627, 2641 – 154 Street and 2655 Parkway Drive and 15355, 15381, 15391 - 26 Avenue, Bylaw, 2022, No. 20798” at the Regular Council – Public Hearing meeting on the 16th day of January, 2023.

A bylaw to remove the dedication of a 415.0 square metre portion of unopened road allowance to facilitate consolidation with the adjacent lands under Development Application No. 7919-0187-00. In accordance with the Community Charter, SBC 2003, c.26, as amended, approval of the disposition of the road will be considered by City Council at a later date.

There will also be an opportunity for persons wishing to do so, to make representations to Council at the January 16, 2023 Regular Council – Public Hearing meeting. Please note that this is not a Public Hearing item.

Please note Surrey City Hall will be closed for Christmas from December 24, 2022 to January 2, 2023.
